Jeroen Tas is currently the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer at Philips Healthcare. Tas is also a member of the Executive Committee at Royal Philips. Prior to that Tas served as the CEO of Philips health Informatics Solutions and Services and previously the Group CIO of Philips. He has also been the head of Citicorp’s Transaction technologies and worked for Digital Equipment and Philips Electronics in international marketing and project management positions in the USA, Europe and Asia. He has won the NASSCOM Global CIO of the year 2014, E&Y Entrepreneur of the year, 2004, and the Dutch CIO of the year in 2013. Jeroen has been named the Innovator of the Year by Philips in 2015 and is also a co-founder of MphasiS. He holds an MBA from the Free University of Amsterdam.
Jerry is currently Chairman of Value Budget Housing Development Corporate of India Pvt. Ltd. He held several positions in Citicorp in Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. He co-founded MphasiS, India’s 5th largest IT company, which was acquired by EDS/HP in 2008. MphasiS clients included JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Charles Schwab, TD Bank, FedEx, and HP. He has been Chairman of NASSCOM and E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, 2004.
He is an alumnus of Loyola College Chennai, IIM Ahmedabad and the University of Chicago. He is also Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Business School and teaches at IIM, Ahmedabad and IIT Mumbai.

Alok Misra is the Chief Operating Officer of General Atlantic’s India office and an Operating Partner. In this role, he provides strategic support and financial expertise to the firm’s investment teams and portfolio companies with a
focus on the India & Asia-Pacific region. Before joining General Atlantic in 2013, Alok served as Group Chief Financial Officer at WNS Group, where he helped lead the company through significant expansion and transformation. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Financial Officer of MphasiS BFL Group (now part of the HewlettPackard Company) and served in a number of accounting and finance roles at other firms, including I.T.C. Limited and PwC. Alok is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Sourabh Palit has over 26 years of experience in Banking and Technology. His banking experience spans Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales in some of the premier private sector and MNC banks in India. He started his career in banking with HDFC Bank and his last stint was with ICICI Bank. He has also worked as Global Head of Product – Transaction Banking for a large Indian Technology company.
Sourabh is a graduate of Delhi University with specializations in Mathematics and Economics.

Rupesh Nambiar has held finance leadership roles in companies across industries – from the launch stage to IPO. His experience includes business strategy, planning, controllership, setting up processes and metrics, accounting, analytics, M&A, taxation, fundraising from Private Equity/HNIs, IPO in NYSE and LSE, Debt funding, risk management, financial reporting, corporate governance, and investor relations.

Stuart Jackson comes with a wealth of leadership role experiences from various financial institutions in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Having worked for large corporates including Barclays as a Regional Director in Business Banking and DLL (Rabo Bank) in Asset Finance, he also brings valuable experiences from entrepreneurial endeavors.
Originally from Scotland, Stuart holds an honors degree in Chemistry from Aberdeen University.

Abhilash Edakadampil comes with 15+ years of technology + entrepreneurship experience. He served as the CEO of Byzan Systems Pvt Ltd., a 28-year BFSI services organization that serves leading Indian and global banks. He has also worked with MIT Media Labs (Boston), Deloitte US (Mclean, Virginia), Amtrak (Washington DC). He has architected multiple turnkey BFSI products including Financial Messaging Systems that handle more than 100M+ transactions/ day.
He is a computer engineer with a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
